Policy and Shipping Info


If any products received are damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please email an attached photo of damaged products and order form within TWO DAYS after delivery date. If not brought to our attention within the said amount of time claim will NOT be accepted. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All sales are final, due to sanitary reasons products can not be exchanged or returned. 


Since we are small company that hand crafts and hand packages all of our products it can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to ship out orders, depending on where you would be at on our order list will determine when your order will go out. We do offer a $6.00 rush it fee that will bring your order to the front of the line allowing it to go out the following business day! Once product is shipped you will be receive an email conformation from USPS that will include your tracking number. We ship USPS priority mail so once product is shipped it will take 2-3 business days to receive (US ORDERS ONLY) )

We ship to the address on your order form so if you need to amend the address please email us in a timely manner and we’d be more than happy to correct the address for you, if the address is incorrect on your order form and package has already been shipped, we are not responsible for replacing products shipped. Once package states it has been delivered we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.

All orders sent out of the US can take up to 6 weeks to send. We ship First Class Mail International, so deliveries may generally take between 7–28 days to arrive. Please be aware that international orders do NOT contain tracking information (some major international destinations will track all the way to delivery but it is not guaranteed), we are not responsible for replacing or refunding lost international orders, so if you wish to order and would like an estimate for tracking please email us 


Chaos Makeup has the right to refuse orders at our sole discretion for any reason we see fit. If we see a reason fit enough to refuse an order we will be refunding the entire purchase immediately and will refuse all future purchases.
